Terms & Conditions for Qorpus™
By installing, accessing, or using Qorpus™, including the Qorpus™ desktop browser extension, Qorpus™ mobile applications (iOS and Android), and related software and services (collectively, the "Software"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which incorporate our End User License Agreement (EULA), Privacy Policy, and Licensing terms. These Terms apply equally whether you use Qorpus™ as a browser extension, a mobile app, or both. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Software. The Terms incorporate and should be read together with our EULA and Privacy Policy.
2. License & Restrictions
- Qorpus™ is proprietary software owned by Ilmware Labs™ LLC.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Qorpus™ for personal purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use the Software beyond the scope permitted in these Terms or the EULA.
3. Free Tier, Payments & Subscriptions
- Qorpus™ is offered with both a free tier and paid subscription tiers.
- The free tier allows limited access to Qorpus™ features without payment.
- Paid tiers provide additional features and require a valid subscription or payment.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Paddle). Ilmware Labs™ LLC does not store payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the User before the renewal date.
4. Refund Policy
- Free Tier Users: No payment is required to access the free tier; no charges apply.
- Paid Subscribers: All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription period begins, no refunds or partial credits will be issued for that period, even if you cancel early.
- You may cancel your paid subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
5. Privacy & Data Handling
We may process limited personal and service data (such as account email; billing details handled by third-party payment providers) when you use our website, account, browser extension, mobile apps, or paid features. AI providers you sign into (in your browser or on your mobile device) process content under their own policies. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Termination
Ilmware Labs™ LLC may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software.
7. Warranties & Liability
- Qorpus™ is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilmware Labs™ LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability is capped at the amount paid in the six (6) months preceding a claim (not applicable to free tier users).
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.
9. Trademarks
"Qorpus™" and "Ilmware Labs™" are trademarks of Ilmware Labs LLC. You may not use these trademarks, logos, or associated branding without prior written permission. All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned in the Software are the property of their respective owners.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the EULA, Privacy Policy, and License, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Ilmware Labs™ LLC regarding the use of Qorpus™.
